Passed away peacefully on 19th January 2019, aged 96 years. Hazel lived in Toowoomba for over 50 years and was a well-known dressmaker for most of that time. She is survived by her 4 children Vince, Arthur, Lesley and John. 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. In accordance with Hazel’s wishes, there will be no formal remembrance service. She will be farewelled privately by her immediate family. “Now at Peace”
