Ameera Hjorth (nee Burns) of Port Melbourne passed away in the early hours of 23rd Dec, 2023.

Beloved wife of Robert (Bob) Hjorth and loving mother of Peter (dec.), Mandy and Steve,

Adored grandmother to Kitty, Meg, Bridget and Charlie, and great grandmother to Emmie, Daisy and Nora.

Ameera was a woman full of love for her family and friends. We will miss her dearly.
