HOOKS, Peter Maxwell

Left us suddenly and peacefully at home. Beloved partner of Livia and former husband of Betty (dec). Cherished and dearly loved father of Tim, Barb and Jen. Youngest child of Theo and Lily (both dec). An architect who loved sailing and flying, fondly remembered by all who knew him. Deeply missed. His memory will be treasured for ever.

Like Van Gogh’s fishermen, he knew that the sea was dangerous and the storm terrible but never found these dangers sufficient reason for remaining ashore.
