A Private Family Funeral has been held in accordance with John’s wishes.

The family would like to thank Dr. Naman Kohli, Dr. Gary Tjipto,

Dr. Eng Eng Ong and the wonderful nursing staff for their care of John over the last 5/6 weeks, at St. john of God Hospital.
