Passed away peacefully after a short illness,
lovingly surrounded by family.

Loved and loving mother of Rebekah.

Loved and loving mother-in-law of Brett.

Beloved Grammi to Jake.

Devoted friend to Panda.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr Peter Allcroft,
all staff at Laurel Hospice and
Flinders Private Hospital for their incredible
care and support of Kathryn and family over the last few weeks.
