Passed away peacefully at home. Beloved husband of Ruth (dec.), loving and much loved father and father-in-law of Sonia, Wendy and Miklos (dec), Graham and Jane, devoted grandfather of Callum and Isabel, and dear friend of Jennifer.
Mike was a quiet gentleman from the bush who touched many lives with his gentle humour and kindness through his life’s activities, including operating PeaceHaven Farm and playing badminton and cricket.
He was truly the salt of the earth, whose practical good sense and dependable friendship will be treasured by all he knew.
He will be deeply missed but the memories will live on in our hearts.
May he rest in peace.
