Anne passed away peacefully at the McKellar Centre Palliative Care Unit surrounded by her sons.

Leaving the legacy of: Husband: Mick, Sons: Derek, Brett & Travis, Daughters-in-law: Vicki & Amanda.

Grandchildren: Lucy, Cooper, Ella, Mason, Jacob, Nate, Chloe, Amy & Luke.

After a 10 year challenge of Chronic Kidney Disease, 7 years of home dialysis, four years of cancer treatment and two years of in-hospital dialysis and being with us two years more than expected.

Many thanks to the Renal Department and Oncology Department of the Geelong Hospital and the McKellar Palliative team.

And all the thoughts and prayers of family and friends.
