James Laing Packman20.02.1924 - 7.11.2013Beloved husband of June, loving father of Judy and Peter, father-in-law of "Billy" and Shona, and grandfather of Laura and Skye.Jim passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family.Jim has been accepted to the School of Anatomy at Griffith University. Jim wanted to pass on the following message." For my delightful and rewarding passage through life, I wish to thank from the bottom of my heart , all those who made it so - my whole cherished family both close and extended; the countless number of our wonderful friends both of long-standing and those who became so along the way, and those who crossed our paths like ships passing in the night. Thank you all for the fun and enjoyment you brought and especially for the empathy and assistance you provided when the stumbling blocks of life arose.Nobody has had a more enjoyable life than we have had and for that please accept my sincerest gratitude.God speed and good luck!
