DONNELLY, Jean Florence

Born in Adelaide, S.A. on September 28, 1923. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 5, 2019. Aged 96 years. Devoted and loving wife of the late Norm. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Julie, Ian and Tania. Loved Nana of Linda and Dave, Karley and Bradley. Treasured Great-Nana of Ethan, Charlie and Georgia. The family wish to thank all the wonderful staff at Ashford Hospital, Marion Ward for the care given. Life is not measured by the years you lived but by the love you gave and the things you did. Happy smiles, a heart of gold, the very best this world could hold. Death leaves a heartache no-one can heal. Love leaves a memory no-one can steal. I'll miss you Mum. Sunday's will never be the same. Forever Loved. Julie xxxx Thank you Mum for all you have done, you really were number one. You loved us all from the very start with your warm, kind and loving heart. Thank you Mum for being strong while teaching us right from wrong, You’d lift us up when we were feeling blue. Thank you Mum for we could always count on you. Thank you Mum for your dear sweet love, now you’ll watch over us from heaven above. You were so strong up till the end, we will love and miss you, until we meet again. Love always, Ian and Tania xxxx They say there is a reason, they say that time will heal. But neither time nor reason, will change the way we feel. For no-one knows the heartache that lies behind our smiles. No-one knows how many times we have broken down and cried. We want to tell you something so there won't be any doubt, you're so wonderful to think of but so hard to be without. Forever in our hearts. Much loved Nana to Linda and Dave and Great-Nana to Ethan, Charlie and Georgia xxx We had a wonderful Grandmother, One who never really grew old; Her smile was made of sunshine, And her heart was solid gold; Her eyes were as bright as shining stars, And in her cheeks fair roses you see. We had a wonderful Grandmother, And that’s the way it will always be. We will always love and miss you. Karley and Brad xx
