It is with great sadness that the Board, Leadership Team and Staff of Hydro Tasmania acknowledge the passing of our former colleague Allan Jones.

Allan joined Hydro Tasmania in 2001. He was instrumental in the transition of our business into the National Electricity Market (NEM), setting up and leading the control room and trading teams for nearly 2 decades. His dedication, intellect and tireless approach has added immense value to our state.

Allan was known for being a real people person and will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts are with Allan's wife Nina, son Christopher and family.
