Mum (Gram) passed peacefully on 26th September in the care of her family and the wonderful Palliative Care Team at Wantirna Health. With an abounding love Mum was an absolute treasure in our lives. Farewell but not goodbye lovely lady from your most cherished daughters Michele, Lynette and Kerry, son-in-laws Chris, Tim and Pieter, grandchildren Leone, Brooke, Kristen, Aaron, Curran, Jarrod, Alex, Lauren, Bart and Cassidy and great grandchildren Summer, Noah, Talia, Sage, Joshua, Brianna, Stephanie, Gryphon, Aria, Duke, Chimera, Charli and Logan, sister Pat and brother Rod. You will forever be in our hearts.
