It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother Lia Kapelis on the 6th of September 2024 in Melbourne at Latvian Aged Care at the age of 88. Lia, wife of Zig (dec’d), is lovingly remembered and missed by her daughters Debbie and Annie, sister Vineta, niece Nina, son-in-law Bruce, grandchildren Rosalyn, Ashleigh, Natasha, Remi, Mitchell and Genevieve and her 6 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will take place in February 2025. Contact family for details.
