In loving memory of Siti who passed away peacefully in Banyuwangi, East Java, after a long illness.
Siti is survived by her adored husband, Andrew, and her beautiful and much-loved son, Elijah. She will be dearly missed by her mother-in-law, Clemency, also Alison, Fiona and Leon, and all her nieces and nephews.
Heartfelt thanks to all her medical teams including those from the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, St Vincents Hospital, the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, and the oncology ward at the RHH.
