KAZMIERCZAK, Edmund 'Eddie' Passed away peacefully on the 29th November 2017. Aged 90 years. Family and Friends are invited to attend a funeral to be held for Eddie at the Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs on Wednesday 6th December 2017 commencing at 12.00pm in the Garden Chapel. Will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
