Passed away suddenly at St Andrews Hospital after a very short illness, on Friday 20th September 2019, aged 62 years. Loved Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Grandie, Brother and Uncle. Kempy touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Full funeral details will be published in a later edition of the Toowoomba Chronicle.
