Passed away quietly in the tender care of Staff at

Ti Tree Capel Sound on

29th June, 2024 shortly after celebrating her

100th Birthday in style with her loving family.

Now with beloved husband Del and siblings Frank, Gwen and Mavis (all dec).

Loved and loving mother of Graeme and Paul and daughters in law

Sandi and Joy.

Grandchildren Natalie, Dean, Michael and Scott and their partners Dom, Terri, Katie and Tara along with her adored great grandkids Gracie and Myah, Miller and Leni, Isla, Tommy and Teddy.


In accordance with Hazel's wishes a private cremation will be held.



A long and wonderful life
