At Gosford, NSW on Tuesday the 18th of May 2021 Alan, the other half of the late Helge, the proud and loving father of Ralph, Malcolm and Quentin, died after a long decline.
A thorough English gentleman, wise, erudite and generous of his time and knowledge, honourable, reliable yet with a wonderful dry sense of humour, so very like my own late father.
I shall miss my dear friends Alan and Helge deeply, but count myself lucky for the years of laughter and friendship, dog walking and discussions that we shared.
Reunited with Helge Skippy and his beloved birds, they will both be missed, loved and remembered always Vale our dear friend Alan
