KINGSTON, Charles Leslie QX42045 Born Southport 15.06.1922, Died Southport 4.01.2016. From humble beginnings in Southport, he became a timber cutter. Then served 4 1/2 years in the Australian Army during World War II. He married and became a successful business man with four depots. It was a great credit to him. Charles was interred by his wife, his children and grandchildren, at Pimpama Cemetery, on the 7th of January, 2016.Loved and respected by all. A brave Soldier, brave till the end.
