Dearly loved Dad

and Grandpa of

Gayle, Brad, and Katie

After a courageous Alzheimer’s campaign, he is now at peace with Mum

A journey of 1,015 days,

we were joined at the hip surviving 2 Covid bouts,

1 toe amputation,

numerous infections,

1 hilarious Sapol visit,

and full self-rehabilitation after 2 separate hip fractures (they said you were un-rehab-able,

but you showed them)

Had a wine created by Brad and Neil in your signoff “CHEERS GRANDPA”

Medical Team, who went over and above, we couldn’t have done it without you…

To the most patient and incredible physio who believed in Dad no matter what, our family is so grateful Mahesh Panampilly…

To our supportive, caring neighbours, especially the Doctors, Prajesh and Nisal, who were always there to check on Dad after falls and when he was unwell, thank you for your care, patience, encouragement, and guidance…

Finally, to my amazing and loyal friends who constantly offered unwavering support, advice, encouragement,

kicks up the tush, the bubbles and g & t, and laughs

when I needed …

Dad, there is a little ache in my heart now, we were a good team, laughed and cried together, stirred each other, and negotiated the cafes and sights of Glenelg, but you can rest easy now, you did so good…

love, xx Gayle

Dearly loved father of Neil. Father-in-law to

Fiona and grandfather to Mitch and Tyler.

We are thankful for all the great times, the laughs and

joy that was created with his personality. We will dearly miss his cheeky comments

and sense of humour.

A big thankyou to the many health professionals that provided great care for Dad.

Forever in our hearts -

“Cheers Grandpa”
