Husband of Josephine (dec'd). Father of Sven and Sonja, and Father-in-law of Sharon. Husband of Jan (dec'd 2018) and Grandfather of Poppy.

Our deepest thanks to Doctors and staff at Allora Medical Centre, Warwick Hospital and St Andrew's Hospital, Toowoomba.
