LAIDLAW John.
The President, Board, Staff and Members of the Collingwood Football Club would like to express their sadness at the passing of a wonderful man and a revered friend. A Club Patron and Life Member, John was loved by everyone at our club for his compassion and generosity. He made a magnificent contribution as our first jumper sponsor through Yakka, and as a philanthropist helping to establish our Foundation and Community Centre at Victoria Park.

Throughout his life he was a champion of the disadvantaged and the vulnerable. It was a privilege to have John as a part of our club.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Betty and the Laidlaw family.
