on July 24, 1941.

Passed away peacefully at Lyell McEwin Hospital

on May 15, 2024.

Aged 82 years.

Mum,

You gave so much and asked so little.

You were a person with a heart of gold.

Memories of you we will treasure and hold.

Rest in the peace you so much deserve.

We love you and miss you.

Mum,

I stood by your bedside holding your hand

watching you slowly pass away. You were trying

so hard to hold on afraid of leaving me alone.

Dad called your name saying it was time

to reunite with the love of his life,

you surprised him on his birthday.

Mum, you were brave, strong and an independent

beautiful lady who put everyone else's

needs first instead of yours.

You touched so many lives leaving behind

a lot of broken hearts. It's time for you

to spread your wings and fly high.

I will always love and cherish all

the memories we created.
