Passed away peacefully 9th December in Brisbane, surrounded by his family. A memorial service for Jack will be held at 10am on Thursday, 21st December 2017 at the George Hartnett Funerals Kelvin Grove Chapel, 270 Kelvin Grove Road, Kelvin Grove.
