Loving husband of Madonna, father of Meryl, Richard and Anthony, step-father of Brett, Michelle, Peta and Amanda. Son of Arthur and Joyce Lee (both deceased) and brother of Teddy (dec), Richard and Julie. Thank you to Francis of Assisi Home, Mackay for their excellent care over the past 2 years.

Stephen, Dad, you can now rest in peace.
