LEIGH (nee Cleary), Dorothy Jean

Passed away peacefully, in her sleep, after a short illness on 27/08/2021 in her lovely new home at Charles Brownlow Retirement Village / Ryman, as was Dorothy’s wish. This was made possible by the kindness and care provided by her niece Anne, community nurses, Tessa from Anam Cara and Dr Chris from Kardinia Health. Dearly loved wife of Ron (dec), loving mother of Greg (dec), Virginia (dec) and Rosie. Loved daughter of Joseph and Beryl Cleary. Cherished elder sister and mentor of John, Bernadette, Aileen and Brenda (dec) and their families. May she rest in peace. Forever in our hearts. A heartfelt loss of a friend for over 40 years. We were closely bonded by our strong interest in people with disabilities, but in particular your beautiful daughter Rosie. Thank you for allowing me the privilege to continue to love and support her in your absence.
