Much loved Nana to her 8 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

Peacefully sleeping with all our love.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Broughtonlea for the care they have given Mum over the last 4 years.
