Joe, our beautiful little cousin and nephew.

We are heartbroken to have lost you, you fought so hard to live life to the fullest. We will miss you, particularly that cheeky and beautiful smile that lit up the room and most definitely our hearts. We have many treasured memories and fun times growing up together as kids and later in adulthood.
