The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
Only 26 days short of her 100th birthday, "Veni" passed away peacefully in her sleep. Veni lived a very full and independent life, remaining stoic and determined until her final moments. She was a very well liked friend to many, adopted Aunty to Richard and his family and dearly loved Aunt to Konstantin and his family in Sofia, Bulgaria. A refined woman who took pride in her appearance and adored dark chocolate until the end, she will be sorely missed.
