The Hon Brian Frank Martin AO MBE KC

Current and former Judges and staff of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory acknowledge with sadness the recent passing of the Honourable Brian Frank Martin.

His Honour was a Justice of the Supreme Court 1987 to 1993, Chief Justice 1993 to 2003 and Acting Justice 2004 to 2009.

Our thoughts go out to Lorraine, Christine, Leanne, Antony, Janelle and their families.
