The President, Council and Members of the Law Society Northern Territory extend their sincere condolences to Mrs Lorraine Martin, family, friends and colleagues of Brian Frank Martin AO, MBE KC, former Chief Justice of the Northern Territory Supreme Court, who passed away on 24 April 2023.

The Honourable Brian Frank Martin AO, MBE, KC served as the Law Society’s Alice Springs Representative in 1971-72 and from 1973-1976 including as the Law Society’s Vice President from 1972-73.

He will be remembered for his lifelong contribution to and support of the Northern Territory legal profession and Northern Territory community.
