MASON. - A.A.C. (Bert), on Wed. Aug. 9, at Cairns Base Hospital, after a long rich life, passed away peacefully, aged 86 years. Beloved husband of Nan (dec.) and Una, father of Jane and Peter, father-in-law of Toni and Peter, grandfather of Paul, Luke, Lizzie and Thom., and step-father of Maggie, Julie and Mark. Thank you for 18 years of sharing, from Warburton to a full life in Cooktown, until you finally hung up your lamp again. You made it to the year 2000 after all. Allmy love - Una. A much loved man and valued mentor who experienced a full life. Dearly loved husband of Nan (dec.). Loved father of Jane and Peter. Father-in-law to Toni and Peter. Loving grandfather of Lizzie, Thom., Luke and Paul. Our deepest sympathies to his surviving wife Una. In our hearts and memories forever Dad will be sadly missed You shared your love of Cooktown and Gippsland, your spirit will be with us at Hillend.
