Born 31/5/1930 passed away peacefully on 14/9/2021 at Ballan and District Aged Care Hostel. Daughter of Roy and Annie (Fisher) Doolan and sister of Hazeldrew and Raymond Doolan (all dec). Loved wife of the late Clifford Charles McFarlane and much loved mother of Karen and Gregory. Mother-in-law of Ron and Adele. Grandmother of Melissa, Rebecca and Andrew, Fiona and Stefanie. Great grandmother of 10. Now peacefully resting. A very much loved mother and mother-in-law of Karen and Ron Thompson. A dearly loved Grandma of Melissa and adored Great Grandma of Lily and Aysha. A super special Grandma of Rebecca and Benn and very much loved Great Grandma of Chloe, Matilda, Darcy, Flynn and Summah. Very dearly loved Grandma of Andrew and Rama. We were truly blessed to have such a wonderful Mum, Grandma and Great Grandma. So many special memories to recall. You will be forever in our hearts. Sleep peacefully beautiful lady. Much loved and admired Mum of Gregory and daughter-in-law Adele. Cherished Grandma to Fiona and David, Stefanie and Mathew. Warmly loved Great Grandma to Claudia, Myles and Jensen. Forever in our hearts and never forgotten. A very special thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Ballan Hostel for their care of Doreen, and the support given to her family since she became part of the Hostel Community in 2018, especially during her final days.
