It is with a heavy heart we share the sudden passing of our beautiful mother and wife Carolyn McGrane (Hope) on Sunday 4th of August, aged 56.
Your eyes I would lose myself in.
Your smile lit up any room.
Looking at you I would melt.
I will miss your gorgeous, loving heart.
