In loving memory of my son Mario Giovanni Merlo. I couldn't have wished for a more wonderful loving son. You will be forever in my heart. I miss you more than words can express. I know we will be together again in time. Rest in peace my beautiful son.

Mario Giovanni Merlo aged 42, beloved son of Marguerita Antokas and Gianluigi Merlo, partner of Kristy Connors, loved brother of John, Jessica Phillip Gina and Ourania passed from this world 18 August 2021. Mario had a heart of gold and loved his family fiercely and loyally. His passing leaves us forever less. God rest his soul and give him the peace he could not find on earth.

Take heed my brother is dead today. He was 42 he lost his father early, I tried to be that for him all that happened was that he lost a brother. At that stage I lost my brother but I carried him in my heart everyday. I had to believe in our hearts we were close and always would be even if we didn’t see each other. Now he’s gone and I have is “should of could of would of.” I can never be his big brother now. I should have done better. Be well now I love you still brother. Take heed all, and love your people. Don’t let this happen to you. Love your family every day and let them see it. God bless you Mario I love you.
