Dearly Loved Father and Father-in-law of Dion and Kristy and Tegan and Arron. Loving Poppy of Danicka, Summer and Maddison. ' Back on the Water ' A CELEBRATION of JAY'S LIFE will commence at 12.30pm. TUESDAY, 8th May 2012 at the Woongarra Crematorium Chapel. No Flowers by Request donations to THE CANCER COUNCIL Envelopes will be available at the chapel door.
