The Ukrainian community of Tasmania express our sorrow for the loss of Irena, a treasured and respected friend of many. A daughter of post WW11 refugees, she knew resilience and strength and always acted with grace. Irena loved and supported her cultural heritage. She was a pillar of integrity and unity in our community. We will honor her legacy well into the future.
