 5th October 2019, passed away peacefully at Mater Christi Aged Care, Toormina. Remembered with love by her family and all those who knew her. As per Sarah’s wishes, a private cremation was held at Hogbin Drive Crematorium, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour on Thursday 10th October 2019. Sarah’s family wish to thank Dr Amy Polmear, Coffs Harbour Health Campus staff and Mater Christi staff, for their loving care.
