We are celebrating Ian’s 85 wonderful years, which ended peacefully with Helen by his side.

Adored son of Alan (dec) & Ruth (dec) and brother of Tony (dec). Loving father of Jenny, Paul, George & Bridget and father-in-law to Robert, Birgit, Nicole & James. Loved by Gillian; Janine,Michelle & Carlos; Colin & Therese; Fiona (dec), Andrew, Katrina & Simon, Carl & Karen. Proud grandfather of Scott & Lachlan; Daniel & Julia; Madeline; Jess, Holly & Georgia; Dani & Peter; Ebony & Alana;Bronte, Miles & Spencer and Toby. Great-grandfather of five.

We were blessed to have shared his warmth, loyalty, generosity, humility, humour andhugs…a hug from Ian was like the heavens enveloping you in its reassuring arms.
