MOORE Patricia Alma (Pat) Late of The Abbey Nursing Home, Mittagong Formerly of Camden 18th September 2016 Aged 88 years Beloved wife of Harold (deceased) and loving mother to her children, Jeanette, Suzanne, Judith, Ian and their families. Devoted Grandma to her 7 grandchildren. A Funeral Service for PAT will be held on Friday the 23rd of September, at the Camden Uniting Church (John Street) commencing at 11.00am. Following the service, the cortege will proceed to the Glenmore Uniting Church Cemetery, Moore's Way, Glenmore for burial.
