Peter passed away peacefully at home at the time of his choosing with his Susan by his side.Peter would like to thank the incredible Dr. Claudia Janowski, Dr. Tri Dan Nguyen of Hindmarsh GP's, and the RAH Renal Unit, for their 50 years of care , especially Gay Martin, and Prof. Graeme Russ.I can't thank my family enough for all the support you have shown me over this trying journey. Special thanks to my amazing sister Pam and partner Duncan. David, you have made me so proud of the man you have become.To my mates and friends, especially "Man",I have had an enormous amount of fun over the years.
