Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family.
Dearly loved and loving son of Rod (dec) and Kathy.
Cheeky and cherished brother of Emma and Laura.
Kind and loyal grandson, nephew, cousin, Godfather, friend, team mate, work colleague, coach and mentor.
Considerate, caring and courageous till the end.
Nathan’s family would like to thank the wonderful caring staff at Andrew Love Cancer Centre, Epworth Hospital and Barwon Health.
We also send our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Johanne Horman, Dr David Campbell, A/Prof Paul Talman, Mr Patrick Lo, RN Dallas Byron, Jonathan Muller and all Nathan’s support workers and support teams for all their care, support and love for Nathan.
Nath, our lives have been forever changed for the better by knowing your love.
