Passed away peacefully at the Royal Hobart Hospital after a long health battle.

Son of Hedley and Dorothy Mundy (both dec), brother of Graham (dec) and Barry.

Loving husband to Jan (dec), loved and adored father of Tash and Trent.

Dad, you did it all on your own terms, we admire your strength, courage and determination.

No more struggling, breathe easy now Dad.

Reunited with mum and no doubt playing a round of golf.

Thank you to the staff at the RHH, Eastern Shore Community Nursing, Community Care Tasmania South and to family and friends for their phone calls and visits with Dad to check up on him.
