My beautiful Dad, I knew this day would come where I would have to put into words what you truly mean to me, but it’s harder than I ever imagined it would be. I remember as a little girl just wanting to be close to you, do everything with you and more than anything wanted you to feel my love, you shaped my life, nurtured me, taught me everything about life and love. No-one could ever hold a candle to you. I am the person I am because of your influence.

You were the most important role model in my life, you were my everything.

My world is a darker place without you in it. I’ll treasure the memories and the love we had for each other till my last days Dad.
