23 January 1968 – 1 May 2019 Victor passed away very peacefully with his family by his side at the Gibson Unit. Much adored husband of Sally loved father of Nick, Alex and Louis and father-in-law of Andrea, Maddie and Pia. Loving Opa of Liam, Oliver and Harry. Proud son of Willem (Bill) and Lorraine Mus. A strong fighter to the end, my sweetheart you can now rest peacefully. I will love you forever and miss you always. Thank you for the life we had together. I will be forever thankful to have been lucky enough to be your wife and raise our family. Sleep now until we meet again. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and staff at the ICON Cancer Centre and the Gibson Unit. Your directness, humour, compassion, respect and dignified treatment of Vic were all in perfect measure. Thank you, it made dealing with this awful disease a little more bearable.
