Aged 80 years Passed away peacefully on July 21, 2009 at Cooktown Husband of Nancy (dec.), father of Susan, Diane, Peter and David, father-in-law of Kerry, grandfather of Darcy, Bree, Christie, Luke, Blake and Bonnie, great grandfather of Leaha, brother of Peggy (dec.) and Nancy, uncle of Rex, Barry, Andrew (dec.), Christine and Robyn. Husband of June (separated). Past member of Preston Motorcycle Club and friend to many. A gentle giant who will be missed by all who knew him. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on TUESDAY (July 28) at Burkin Svendsens Funeral Directors, Cairns.
