Beloved Husband of Shirley, Father of Susan, Danielle and Kate, Poppa to Mathew and Declan, Father in Law and mate to Michael.

The family will be having a private cremation, followed by a memorial celebration of Blair's life, in Brisbane and in Melbourne, at a time and date to be advised.
