Peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at the Cairns Hospital on 5th August 2023, aged 76 years.


Forever loved husband of Suzanne.

Loving Father of Mosese, Joshua & Bronson,

Father in law of Marie & Frances,

Tukai (Grandfather) of Johannah, Judah, Naomi and Elijah, former spouse of Marika.

Much loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.


Chuck will be sadly missed & always remembered.


A private cremation will take place, whilst a Celebration of Chuck’s Life will be held at a later date.

Forever grateful for the care & support of the Cairns Hospital doctors & staff over many years.
