Frank O'Connell, 87yrs, much loved husband to Monica, father/inlaw to Helen, James and Shelly, Francis and Nadia, Tim and Tracy, Pa and Great Grandpa to Yani, Charlotte, Milo, Isabelle, Ayanna, Kyle, Kymberleigh, Jarred, Liliana, Daniel and Malita, passed away peacefully surrounded by family.

The family would like to thank Parklands aged care for taking care of Frank.
