The Adelaide Oval community pays tribute to the late Creagh O'Connor, whose dedication and leadership played a pivotal role in shaping the development of this iconic venue.
As an inaugural Director on the Adelaide Oval SMA (AOSMA) Board from 23 December 2009 to 6 March 2013, Creagh contributed to the transformation of Adelaide Oval into one of the world's most celebrated sporting and entertainment destinations.
Beyond his contributions to Adelaide Oval, Creagh was a highly respected figure in Australian cricket, serving as Chairman of Cricket Australia and advocating for the growth of the sport at all levels. His passion for excellence and his commitment to fostering community engagement left an enduring legacy, not only in cricket but in South Australian sport.
We honour Creagh's immense contributions and extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
