Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the West Gippsland Hospital, Warragul on August 5, 2024. Aged 80 years.

Dearly loved and loving wife of Tom (dec).

Much loved and adored Mum and best friend of Tom and Julie, David and Julsa, Pete and Annie, and Dianne.

Devoted Nan of Ben, Daniel, Nick, Amy; Steph, Meg, Rylie, Connor; Kristan, Luke, Sam; Sarah and Michael.

Adored Great Nan of Deakin, Nikolas, Nash, Zavier, Izzie, Oxley, Aubree, Mack, Walker, Millie, Gia and Londyn.

Mum and Dad Together Again.

A Service to celebrate Jan's life will be held at the Nielsen Funeral Chapel, Korumburra Rd, Warragul on FRIDAY (August 16) at 10.30 a.m.

At the conclusion of the Service the cortege will leave for the Warragul Cemetery, Victoria St, Warragul.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Jan may be made to Ward 3 of the West Gippsland Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
